Charlie Regan is an experienced entrepreneur, business coach and speaker. He studied Systems Design Engineering at the University of Waterloo and Business and Commerce at MacMaster University.
Co-founder and Director
John Harbarenko co-founded Nerds On Site and was responsible for overseeing a variety of aspects of the company’s operations and development, including the training of employees, client development and marketing. He received a degree in business information systems in 1994 from Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
Co-founder and COO
David Redekop co-founded Nerds on Site and was responsible for overseeing various aspects of the company’s operations and development, including IT infrastructure and operations management, employee training, client management and dealt with contractors. He studied computer and actuarial science at the University of Waterloo.
CFO
Rakesh Malhotra is an experienced CFO, accountant and finance professional who has acted as CFO for various companies listed on the TSXV and OCT. He has his CPA designation in both Canada and the US and is proficient in IFRS and GAAP.
Director
Kevin Ernst has 28 years of extensive capital market and banking experience in the public and private financial sectors. He has held senior level positions at Merrill Lynch, UBS, Amex and the NYSE. He has a MBA in finance from Rutgers University.

Eugene Konaryev is an experienced business developer and private entrepreneur that has executed numerous small and medium business transactions. He a partner and co-founder of Go Capital, a Toronto-based private equity firm. He also has a B.Sc. in computer science from the University of Toronto.
Director
Gresford Gray is an executive with over 25 years of finance/accounting experience in government contracting,
consulting, private equity, manufacturing and energy. Mr. Gray has been responsible for the budgeting/forecasting
process, cash management, stewardship of accounting systems and management of contracts. Mr. Gray possesses
strong business acumen and experience establishing both infrastructure and procedural enhancements, which enable
significant scaling of organizations. In addition, Mr. Gray brings corporate money management processes, practices and
experiences vis a vis banking relationships, knowledge of the public and private equity markets, insurance matters,
human capital management, and employee benefit programs. Mr. Gray also has board experience and is the Audit &
Finance Committee Chair for the American Registry of Pathology.
Director
Self-motivated, results-driven senior financial executive with a demonstrated history of working in biotechnology and
financial service industry. Solid technical, leadership, organizational and communication skills with formidable
experience in accounting, SEC reporting, capital markets, business operations, M&A, IPO readiness and investor
relations. Strong collaborative skills with experience working in a team environment, able to work effectively alongside
individuals from diverse backgrounds.
